Creating an app to manage ideas better

There is a need for teams and organizations to better capture and manage ideas generated by the frontline workers and thus empower them.

Thus evolved the idea for EITOSS : Japan’s first-ever digital service ideas and kaizen management system. It was build by the joint effort of a team comprising of Wataru Shimada, Keisuke Nishida, Ankit Singhaniya and me. My work as the COO mostly comprised of designing product, marketing content and business model.

While it started of as a sketchpad scribble, EITOSS today generates over 100 million yen profits for clients.
